- Provide any other ‘specific requirements’ that we need to be aware of

- Liaise with the Council to obtain existing plans of your property. We will go through the necessary steps to determine whether a building consent is required. If it is not required there are some alternative routes that can be taken, which we will guide you through
- Use experienced designers and present plans and drawings – this will be an iterative process that may involve on-site meetings, phone calls and email communication
- Work with you to ensure the design stays within your budget

Step 3: Final Stage
